Lena Coxx, Francis X, Emmanuel Torquemada - Realtor's Double-Dealing

A woman and her husband, Celeste (Lena Coxx) and Sam (Francis X), are being shown around a house by a realtor, Roger (Emmanuel Torquemada). Roger has usually only been showing Celeste around the homes, but since this is their second visit to this particular house, Sam has joined them.
When Sam says he wants to take a look around on his own and leaves Celeste and Roger alone, Roger starts to get frisky with Celeste, revealing that they have been having an affair. But as Celeste and Roger fool around, they get carried away and are eventually caught by Sam as he returns to the room. Celeste and Roger are shocked, and try to apologize but are surprised that Sam doesn't seem mad. Sam admits that seeing his wife with another man is actually kind of hot.
